Swedish Massage
Uses flowing and rhythmic strokes, it also involves an application of firm yet gentle pressure to decrease levels of stress, promotes relaxation and ease of muscle tension.
Prenatal Massage
This can play an important role in women’s prenatal care. It can reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle tension, and improve circulation. Recommended after the first trimester.

Customized Massage
This massage is tailored specifically for the client to make sure the best results are produced for his/her ailments.
On-Site Chair Massage
This is an inexpensive massage specified to promote relaxation and reduce stress. In the work environment, it helps increase the blood flow, stimulating the central nervous system, sending the client back to work more alert and with the ability to be more productive. The therapist uses a combination of massage techniques and stretches, targeting the muscle groups of the neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands. On-site chair massage are paid for by time, not number of massages.
